Day 5

Another 100 km today. Our tanlines definitely makes us look like cyclists now. The sun and wind pounded us today. We took a little shortcut on a gravel road that followed the Chilcotin River for 20km instead of climbing hill called Revenge. We ate lunch by the river and tackled the Lee's Corner hill after that. The winds picked up - got our first taste of some nasty headwinds for the last 30km. We're only doing 60km tomorrow - that will bring us back to William's lake where we will refuel and recharge.
